Constructed demising wall and reconfigured office space.
- Constructed a large demising wall and fully separated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — including installing submeters on all affected panels.
- Matched the original build-out by sourcing and procuring carpet, lighting, ceiling tiles, doors, and hardware.
- Completed a tailored reconfiguration featuring six private offices, a conference room, and a large storage area.
- This project required both fire alarm and sprinkler adjustments to accommodate the new layout
