HUB recently delivered a comprehensive office demising and reconfiguration project in Maynard, MA, following a tenant’s return of half their 60,000 SF floor.

To support the transition, our team:

• Constructed a large demising wall and fully separated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — including installing submeters on all affected panels.
• Matched the original build-out by sourcing and procuring carpet, lighting, ceiling tiles, doors, and hardware.
• Completed a tailored reconfiguration featuring six private offices, a conference room, and a large storage area.
• This project required both fire alarm and sprinkler adjustments to accommodate the new layout
